Your local Housing Officer can help with any tenancy or estate issues. They are there to listen, support and connect you with services. A quick conversation can solve a lot. The contact centre can leave a message for your Housing Officer to get in touch.

Tenant Support Officers

Our support officers can help with welfare, tenancy sustainment and daily challenges. They will collaborate with you as an individual to create solutions that make life easier. You are never on your own.

Rent Income Officers

Speak to a rent officer if you need help with rent payments or benefits. They can give advice, arrange support and help keep your tenancy secure. The contact centre will put you through to them.

Financial support

Get advice on debt, budgeting and grants to help manage your finances. We can connect you to local services for extra support. A little guidance can go a long way. Ask for the Financial Inclusion team when you call.
